Das bereits vor einiger Zeit angekündigte erste MYM Pride Turnier für Heroes of Newerth öffnet jetzt die Türen für die Teams. Die Anmeldungen sind offen, alle Interessenten können sich unter folgender Adresse im Forum anmelden: http://www.mymym.com/en/forum/showthread.php?t=1388
Die Anmeldung dauert bis zum 16. Juni an, also noch gut 2 Wochen Zeit.

Aufbau des Turniers:
Die Teams spielen vorerst in der regionalen Qualifikationsrunde in Amerika, Europa und Afrika, Asien und Australien und Südost-Asien nach dem KO-System im Bo1-Modus (1 Spiel ohne Seitenwechsel). Am Ende ziehen die 40 besten Teams in die Gruppenphase ein. Wie viele Teams pro Region in die Gruppenphase kommen hängt von der Gesamtanzahl der angemeldeten Teams im Verhältnis zu der Anzahl der regional angemeldeten Teams ab. Diese Anzahl wird nach der Anmeldung bekanntgegeben.
In der Gruppenphase werden die Teams in 8 Gruppen mit jeweils 5 Teams aufgeteilt und spielen im Bo1-Modus einmal gegen jedes Team. Die 2 Besten Teams jeder Gruppe kommen in die Playoffs.
Die Playoffs werden nach dem Doppel-KO-System durchgeführt (Winner- und Loser-Bracket). Im Winner-Bracket wird durchgehend Bo3 gespielt, im Loser Bracket Bo1 und für die letzten 2 Runden Bo3. Das Finale wird im Bo5-Modus ausgetragen, wobei das Team aus dem Winner-Bracket mit 1-0 startet.

Preise:
Insgesammt winken Preise im Wert von 12.000US$ und werden folgendermaßen aufgeteilt:

Jeder Teilnehmer als Spieler ist an die folgenden Regeln gebunden:

Registration

• Player names in each team listed in the qualifier signup thread must match each player’s HoN account name.
• Team rosters will be locked when registration ends.
• No ringers or stand-ins will be allowed in matches for any reason.

• Team rosters will be unlocked once the Playoffs begin and teams will be allowed to add new players to their roster during the Playoffs as long as:
  • The player in question did not participate in the HoN Pride with another team.
  • New players may only play in official matches 3 days after they have officially joined the clan in-game on the HoN client.

• A player is bound to one team for the entire duration of the tournament. Playing or ringing for other teams will result in severe punishment for both the offending player and team.
• All players who sign up in this tournament are expected to read, understand and respect these rules. Players who sign up also agree that the admin decisions are final and can’t be disputed. Admins reserve the right to modify the rules whenever the situation arises.
• Players should act mature and mannered both in-game and in the chat channels. Offending the administration and/or participants of this tournament will result in punishment and may lead to a complete ban from the tournament and/or website.

Game Settings

• Game Mode: Banning Pick, 5v5, Forests of Caldavar.
• Game Options: All Heroes, Tournament Rules.
• 16 Teams, which include the bottom 4 PDL teams, will be seeded in this tournament, and won’t have to requalify. They will start directly in the playoff preliminaries.
• For Bo1 (Best of 1) games, teams will designate 1 player in the game lobby to /roll 1 2. The 1st team will have the choice of pick order or side, and the 2nd team will choose the remaining option.
• For Bo3 (Best of 3) games, follow the same format as Bo1, but teams will switch sides and pick for the 2nd game and every consecutive game afterward.

Bugs, Items & Restrictions

• It is not allowed to block creeps from reaching their destination (e.g. blocking base entrance) with the help of spells such as fissure.
• Deliberate use of sudden bugs or exploits may cause your team to be disqualified.
• Backdooring is allowed & there are no item restrictions.
• The sharing of basic regeneration items, wards, consumables, bottles and gems is allowed.
• The following items, however, can only be shared for 5 minutes and must be returned to their respective owner afterward:
  • Bottle
  • Lifetube
  • Manatube
  • Scarab
  • Trinket of Restoration

Before the Match

• Teams in different regions should decide on a neutral host location that is suitable for the match (server with the overall lowest ping for both teams).
• Make sure to test the server for lag before the match commences.
• Teams in the same region should use a server located in that region.
• If the teams cannot agree upon a neutral host location then the server will be decided by a match admin.

During the Match

• In case of an in-game dispute, pause the game and contact a match admin. host for lag before the game commences.
• In the case that both teams cannot agree on a decision or an admin is not available, the remainder of the match will be played out and the teams can submit the replay match ID for an admin review/appeal afterward.
• No observers or referees are allowed in a match unless they are match admins, shoutcasters, or streamers.
• Teams are allowed to remake the game if a remake vote succeeds.
• If a player drops his team is allowed to pause for a period of 5 minutes without the opposing team unpausing (giving the appropriate player a chance to reconnect in a timely fashion).

After the match

• Team leader of both teams are responsible to upload the replay immediately after the won match and update the result on myMYM.com in the match details, also save the final screenshot!

• The game is over when:
  • One team votes to concede.
  • 2 or more players on the same team say ff and leave.
  • The World Tree or Sacrificial Shrine is destroyed.
• The match ID must be submitted by one of the teams in the match comments.

HonSource ist weiterhin auf der Suche nach aktiven Castern und Streamern. Damit die Spiele auch von der Community für die Community präsentiert werden können werden fähige Leute gesucht, die als Zuschauer im Spiel das Ganze unterhaltsam übertragen können. Technisch ist alles soweit kein Problem, es fehlen nur die Freiwilligen um das Ganze in Gang zu bringen. Erfahrung wird in dem Bereich nicht benötigt, ledeglich Motivation und Zeit sind die Stichworte.
